Britvic International Ltd. is the subsidiary
company of Britvic Soft Drinks plc, a company with
long heritage dating back to 1784 when HD Rawlings
began supplying mineral waters to the royal houses
of Europe.
Later in the mid 19th century, The British Vitamin
Products Company was formed. This chemist based in
Chelmsford, UK produced flavoured mineral waters,
and in 1938 began experimenting with a range of

was welcomed after World War 2 when there was a
shortage of fresh fruit and fruit juices.
